As the Lead Backend Architect for Yacht Charter Network, I engineered a high-efficiency automation layer that synchronizes their entire business ecosystem. By building a series of custom webhook-driven helper functions, I integrated Nethunt CRM with critical operational tools including DocuSign, Google Calendar, Stripe, and Twilio, effectively eliminating manual data entry. Most notably, I developed an AI-driven 'Lead Scouting Agent' powered by the OpenAI API. This agent autonomously parses incoming inquiries from Wassenger, reconciles lead requirements against the yacht inventory, and identifies high-potential matches, significantly accelerating their sales response time.
